Summary
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory has developed a Rapid Infrastructure Flood Tool (RIFT) to produce predictive hydrodynamic flood modeling and simulations for a diversity of flood events:
- extreme precipitation
- dam failure
- levee failure
- spring snowmelt
- coastal flooding
- tsunami
Product: 90 m flood extent and depth grids (ft) usable in any geographic software.
Targeted Audiences: Infrastructure, owner /operators, federal, state, and local emergency operation centers
